Where we store your data
We store your personal data in the European Economic Area (EEA). They can also be sent outside this area and processed there. Whenever we transfer data, we do so in accordance with applicable law. If we transfer data outside the EEA, we use standard contractual clauses and the Privacy Shield, which protect this data outside the EEA

Who has access to your data
Only the entities that manage it have access to your data. This means that we never transfer your data for marketing purposes, we do not sell it or exchange it with other third parties. We transfer your data to selected external entities - when we provide services that we have defined, and only to the extent that we can entrust their processing on the basis of contracts signed by us. Details on these third parties can be found below.

What are the legal grounds for data processing
We process your personal data under a contract. You can find its pattern in the regulations of our websites or the regulations of promotions, contests, lotteries, etc. that we organize for you. We process your data only to the extent that is needed to properly perform the service we provide you.

Sometimes, for example, to tailor the service to your needs, we may ask you for additional data.

The right to access data
You have the right to check which of your personal data we store at any time. For this purpose, you can write to us at info@xxlinox.pl or call us on (22) 602 00 07. We will provide you with this information by e-mail.

Right to data portability
When, on the basis of your consent or an agreement concluded with you, we process your personal data by automated means, you have the right to receive a copy of your data in a structured, commonly used and readable format. We may send this copy to you or another entity that will process this data from now on. Please note that this only applies to the personal data we have from you.

The right to correct data
You have the right to correct or complete your personal data. If you have an account in the www.xxlinox.pl store, in the settings you can edit both your personal data and consent at any time.

The right to delete data
You have the right to delete your personal data that we process at any time. The exceptions are situations when:
-) you have an open order - not yet shipped or only partially shipped;
-) we are waiting for your payment, regardless of the payment method;
-) we suspect or are sure that you have misused our services in the last four years;
-) you have been refused a loan in the last three months;
-) you bought something in our store - then we will keep your personal data regarding the transaction for accounting purposes.

The right to object to the processing of data on the basis of legitimate interest
You also have the right to object to the processing of your data to the extent that we do it, when we and other data managers have a legitimate interest. We will then stop processing your personal data. We will not do this when your interest or your rights are legally invalid or there are legal claims against you. In this case, we will inform you about it.

Right to object to direct marketing
You have the right to object to receiving direct marketing materials by e-mail, including the analysis of your profile that we do to create such materials. To opt out of receiving direct marketing materials, all you need to do is:
-) you will follow the instructions in each such email;
-) you will change your account settings in the user panel

The right to limit the processing of personal data
You have the right to request that we limit the processing of your personal data when: you will not agree that we process your data on the basis of the legitimate interest of entities that jointly manage your data. We will restrict the processing of your data after we have checked whether there is such a legitimate interest;
you report that your personal data is incorrect. We will limit data processing until we verify its correctness;
data processing is unlawful. You can then object to the deletion of your personal data and instead request the restriction of the use of your personal data;
we no longer need your personal data, but they are required to submit or dismiss a claim.

Why do we use your personal data
We use your personal data to manage purchases made online in store of www.xxlinox.pl

We need this data to process your orders and returns, to send you notifications about the delivery status of products and to solve any problems with this. We also use your personal data when we manage your payments and process complaints and warranty claims regarding the products you have ordered.

Who has access to your personal data
We only share your personal data with third parties to manage your online purchases. They are only received by:

-) warehouses and courier companies that deliver orders;
-) companies that make payments;
-) banks that check your identity and creditworthiness when you buy in installments;
-) debt collection companies.

How long do we keep your data
We will keep your data for as long as you are our active customer.

How automated decision-making works
If you submit an application for installment purchase as a payment method, the banks will automatically process it. In such a situation, they are the controllers of your data. You have the right to comment on their decision, e.g. challenge it and report it to our employee.

Why do we use your personal data
We use your personal data to provide you with information and marketing offers:

What personal data do we process
We process the following personal data: contact details:

Thanks to this data, marketing agencies - with whom we have signed separate data processing agreements - can achieve our marketing goals in the scope we have set for them. We never transfer your personal data for marketing purposes, we do not sell it or exchange it with other third parties.

On what legal basis do we process your personal data
We process your personal data on the basis of your consent to receive marketing information. We send this type of information to you when we have a legitimate interest in doing so. The only exception are materials that we send by traditional mail, e.g. catalogs.

Right to withdraw consent
You have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data and receiving marketing information at any time. When you do so, we will immediately stop processing your data for marketing purposes and sending you any marketing offers.

To opt out of receiving marketing information, it is enough to:
-) you will follow the instructions in each marketing message we send you,
-) you will change your account settings in the "Settings of our store" tab.

How long do we keep your data
We will store your data for direct marketing purposes until you withdraw your consent. We will send you commercial information by e-mail until we consider you an inactive customer. We will do this if you do not open any email from us within three years. Then we will delete your personal data from our database.

What are cookies
Cookies are IT data, especially small text files, saved and stored on devices with which you use our websites.
Administrator cookies are our cookies that are related to the provision of electronic services by us through our websites.
External cookies are cookies of our partners that are related to their use of the website of our website.

How we use cookies
We use two types of cookies:

The mechanism of session cookies does not allow the collection of any personal data or any confidential information from your device;

The persistent cookies mechanism does not allow the collection of any personal data or any confidential information from your device. We use persistent cookies to store:

* information about your favorite products.

We use both our cookies and third-party cookies to collect statistics and data about you and other users in an aggregated and individual form. We use analytical tools, thanks to which we can optimize our website and present an offer that is interesting for you.

We also use third party cookies that monitor your use of other websites. This allows us to share our marketing materials on other websites and in various communication channels.
