Shipping & returns
Ordered goods may only be returned in certain cases. The goods must be returned in their original packaging.
Returned products cannot be accepted if:
They have been used, or the original packaging has been opened/removed.
They have been damaged.
They were made specifically for you.
They were ordered specifically for you.
Additional conditions for stainless steel furniture: In the case of stainless steel furniture that was made to order (with a lead time of 10 to 20 working days), we do not offer the possibility of return.
Return procedure:
Send us a return request using the form below or send an email to info@xxlinox.pl. Please provide your order number and specify which goods you wish to return.
Upon receiving your inquiry, we will respond by sending more details about the shipping address.
Return conditions:
The item must be returned to us within 14 days of notifying us of the return.
The returned item must be accompanied by the return form you received from us after the return was approved.
The returned goods must be sent to the address specified by us in the return form.
The cost of returning products is at your own expense, unless agreed otherwise. The risk of return is borne by the person returning the item.
Return shipping costs for B2B orders (business purchase):
We can only pick up the goods after accepting the RMA request and if the goods are unopened and in the original packaging.
A fee of up to 25% of the total purchase amount may be charged for the return or exchange of goods.
